FOMs

The Friends of Moreton School (FOMS for short) exist to raise funds to purchase equipment and provide services for the children of our school. Every parent and guardian of a pupil at Moreton School is automatically a member of FOMS (don’t worry – as much as we’d love you to join in, it doesn’t mean you are automatically enrolled as a helper at the school disco!)

FOMS hold lots of fundraising events through the year and in the last few years have helped the school to purchase a new set of computers and a new school minibus, which has made such a difference to children as we have been able to take them on many more school trips and to away sports fixtures. So far this year we have bought a Toy shed along with lots of lunchtime play equipment, new markings on the playground, a table tennis table, a webcam for Forest School and contributed towards the cost of the minibus. We are currently raising funds to purchase a set of iPads.

Without FOMS, the school would not be able to provide everything we do for pupils. If you would like to volunteer to help or would like any more information, please contact the school office.
