Uniform

We expect uniform to be worn and standards of uniform to be maintained throughout the day. Parents are asked to accept full responsibility for naming clothes. The school can take no responsibility for returning items of unmarked lost property to children.

For reasons of safety the only jewellery that should be worn is one wrist watch and one pair of plain stud earrings. Children are not allowed to wear earrings in PE for health and safety reasons. The child must therefore remove their earrings. Children may not wear nail varnish or have any stick-on tattoos. Long hair must be tied back and hair accessories must be minimal in school colours only.

As a school we promote equality and diversity.  Therefore, We do not stipulate a boys/girls uniform.   In line with government guidance from November 2021, we recognise that expensive school uniform can place an unreasonable burden on families.  We do not expect pupils to wear uniform with our logo as long as it is in the school colours.  Uniform can be purchased from any outlet.  We will support those who are eligible for pupil premium with school uniform; please contact the school office for further information.
