outdoor environment
• is confident to cover classes as required
• is prepared to deliver a particular foundation subject across the school such
as music (subject to be agreed depending on candidate’s experience)
• has high expectations of achievement and behaviour for all pupils
• is committed to the Christian ethos of the school
