PE & Sports Funding

At Moreton C of E Primary School, we recognise the contribution of Physical Education and Sport to the health and well-­being of our children. We believe that an innovative, varied PE curriculum and a wide range of high quality extra-­curricular opportunities have a positive influence on the concentration, attitude and academic achievement of all of our children.

Our PE and Sport Premium funding enables us to extend our provision, to enter into more competitive sport competitions and to provide further training and coaching for both our pupils and our staff. The funding has had a significant impact on pupils’ participation and attainment in sport and on promoting healthy and active lifestyles.
